These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of the BBS app.

By accessing this we assume you accept these Terms of Use Do not continue to use our app/ website if you don't agree to take all of the Terms of Use stated on this page.

1) If any tag is active by the agent with the wrong vehicle number, then the agent will be responsible for it and the agent will have to pay the penalty as prescribed by the bank.

2) If the tag active by the agent is unregistered then the payment for that amount will be recovered from the agent

3) This should be done by the agent by ensuring that the customer's documents are uploaded clearly.

4) The agent must pay the penalty fixed by the bank

5) The agent is not allowed to use documents of any other customer while activating Fastag. If the agent does so then he will be held responsible for it.

BBS reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments that can be considered condition inappropriate, offensive, or cause a breach of these Terms of Use.

No use of the BBS logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a Trademark license agreement.

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time without any notice and it is the responsibility of agents and customers to go through the policies, terms, and conditions mentioned on this website or app.

Ship and Delivery Policy for Bhuvika Business Solutions

Shipping Methods: At Bhuvika Business Solutions, we offer two convenient ways for agents to receive their FasTags:

Courier Service:

Agents can choose to have their purchased FasTags delivered via a trusted courier service. Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, the FasTags will be shipped to the agent's registered address.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location but typically range between 3-10 business days. Agents will receive a tracking number once the package is dispatched, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.

Counter Collection:

For agents preferring to collect their FasTags in person, our counter-collection service is available. Agents can visit our designated collection counters, where the FasTags can be picked up.

A valid ID and the purchase confirmation receipt are required at the time of collection.

Delivery Charges:

Courier Service: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

Counter Collection: There are no additional charges for collecting FasTags from our designated counters.

Delivery Timelines:

Courier Service: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 3-10 business days depending on the location.

Counter Collection: FasTags will be available for collection within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Order Tracking: For courier deliveries, agents will receive the tracking details once the FasTags are shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor the delivery status through our courier partner's website.

Missed Delivery: If a courier delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service will attempt to redeliver the FasTags. In case the FasTags are not delivered, they will be returned to our facility, and agents can either arrange for redelivery or opt for counter-collection.
